We’re still buzzing with excitement from the incredible “Trillium Summer Fest 2024,” held on June 15th. It was an event that exceeded all expectations, leaving us with cherished memories and a profound sense of community. The festival, attended by over 300 people, was a true celebration of culture, connection, and creativity, thanks to the combined efforts of our amazing team and supporters.

First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to those who made the event a grand success. Our MCs did a phenomenal job in keeping the energy high, skillfully guiding us through the day’s activities. The skilled chefs and cooks amazed everyone with mouthwatering Newari cuisine and delicious BBQ, adding a special flavor to the celebration. The harmonious voices of our singers filled the air with joy, while the poets moved us with their thought-provoking words. And none of this would have been possible without the support of our sponsor, Yam Khatri of Kathmandu Restaurant, and our esteemed guests, whose presence made the occasion truly memorable.

This year’s Summer Fest also marked a significant milestone for the Trillium Foundation, thanks to the enthusiasm and dedication of our youth team. We are incredibly proud of the young leaders who took the initiative and worked tirelessly to bring this event to life. From organizing the logistics to ensuring the success of every detail, they embodied the spirit of leadership and community service.

As we look back on this remarkable day, we are filled with pride and gratitude. The Trillium Summer Fest was a shining example of what’s possible when we come together as a community.
