Nita Aryal, with her extensive knowledge of budget and financial report analysis, brings over 17 years of diverse experience to the table. As a dynamic and detail-oriented accounting professional, she has spent 11 years as an Assistant Coordinator/Bookkeeper at Glen Gardens Housing Coop. This organization, run by a board of directors, benefits from her expertise in recording transactions using NewViews accounting software. She also excels in identifying variances in financial plans and forecasts. In her current role, she assists in securing funding from the City of Toronto and planning community events, and she engages volunteers in suitable roles.

Aryal holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, has many years of accounting experience in a nonprofit organization in Nepal, and has earned a Computerized Accounting diploma from Canada.

Her professional accounting experience enables her to advise and empower community members, guiding them towards day-to-day decisions that ensure financial stability.
