Dallas Disney-Murphy is a national certified construction safety officer with almost 20 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety roles in various industries across the country.  In recent years, Dallas has been working on major projects in the GTA for large international companies such as Gannett Fleming, PNR Railworks, Aecon, Wood PLC on Metrolinx projects and works closely in her roles with diverse workforces from various countries and cultures.  Dallas focuses on ensuring safe, respectful, and an inclusive workplace for all employees at any level on her worksites.

Dallas received an award for Innovative Project of the Year in 2017 from the Manitoba Professional Property Management Association for her work in implementing a safety management system in the Property Management and Maintenance industry focusing on training workers and managers in hazard identification and controls in their workplace to reduce injuries and incidents.

Dallas is a born and raised Albertan, and is well traveled.  In her spare time she enjoys exploring near and afar with her dog, and enjoys meeting new people, and learning about new cultures.
